What is reiki?

Reiki litteraly means universal energy.

➽ Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki improves the flow and balance of your energy to support the bodys own healing processes.

➽ By receiving a session you may feel beautiful warm, tingling, cold or flowing sensations. this is stagnant energy starting to release. Or you may not feel anything. The reiki energy will still be working for your benefit.

who is reiki for?

➽ Reiki is such a beautiful treatment that everyone can receive and benefit from. Both kids and adults. Animals can also receive reiki. In fact, all things can receive the reiki energy.

➽ Though if you feel unsure due to a certain health condition, feel free to consult me first.

Reiki can never cause any harm. It is a nonintrusive, noninvasive treatment.

➽ You don't have to believe in anything or have any previous knowledge. The reiki will work anyway in a way that best suits your current needs.

about the session

➽ We start with a little chat to make sure you get any questions answered and for me to find out if you have a certain area or issue you wish to receive help with.

➽ Then i’ll scan and clean your energyfield & aura before starting to channel reiki energy to you by hand placements on or just above your body.

➽ Sometimes I use crystals and essential oils. All due to what we agree on.

➽ I work intuitively or in agreed areas.
